Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress every step of the way.

Shipping Time

At this time, KAWCATS offers standard free shipping for all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Important Notes

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier or logistics delays

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

If your order is delayed, please contact our Customer Support Team, and we will provide updates and assist you in tracking your package.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request any order changes or cancellations.
To modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team promptly at support@kawcats.com.

After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed or shipped, and modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.
Please ensure all order details — including your shipping address — are correct before finalizing your purchase.
KAWCATS is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, KAWCATS ships exclusively within the United States of America, Australia, Canada and United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you have not received this email within a few days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@kawcats.com, and we’ll provide your tracking details.

Tracking Shows ‘Delivered’ But Order Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members — the carrier may have delivered it to them by mistake.

  2. Verify your shipping address on the order confirmation email to ensure it was entered correctly.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to confirm the delivery status and request proof of delivery.

  4. Send us the proof of non-delivery so we can promptly investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
