Returns and Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

1. Faulty or Defective Items

If the item you received is faulty or does not function properly, please provide a photo or video clearly showing the issue within 14 days of receipt.
Once your evidence is reviewed and approved, KAWCATS will issue an immediate refund — you will not be required to return the item.

2. Items Not as Described, Not as Expected, or No Longer Needed

If your item is not faulty but you wish to return it (e.g., it isn’t as described, or you’ve changed your mind), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • You will have an additional 14 days to send the goods back after notifying us.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a full refund will be issued.

3. Sale Items

Sale items are covered by the same return and refund rights as full-priced items.

4. Exclusions

KAWCATS reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned item shows damage resulting from attempted self-repair, third-party repair, or misuse.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

KAWCATS offers a 9-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, accidents (such as dropping the product), or deliberate misuse.

Under this guarantee, KAWCATS will:

  • Repair or replace defective items at no additional cost to you.

  • In cases where repair is not possible, the item will be replaced with a new one.

  • Refunds are not issued under the manufacturer’s guarantee; only repairs or replacements apply.
